Shipping

 

Orders are usually shipped the same or next business day from the time of the order. Most orders are generally shipped by UPS Ground service from our warehouse location in Michigan. Orders weighing over 150 pounds will generally be shipped via UPS Freight. Expected delivery is within 1 to 5 business days.


Sales Tax

 

Applicable sales tax will be charged automatically to all orders shipped or billed to addresses in Michigan.


Return Policy

All returns must have original product packaging for credit. Some products are non-returnable including, but not limited to refurbished or open box items. Products that can be returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns or credits are accepted after 15 days from purchase date. Please call prior to ordering if you have a question regarding the return policy of a specific product. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned back to customer.

Items can only be returned within 15 days from purchasing date.

If any item fails or is defective, see manufacturer’s warranty.

Buyer pays return shipping for any return, unless wrong item was shipped or unit is defective. If you receive an item that appears to be broken or damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately so we may issue a call tag for pick up-this must be done within 24hrs (damaged merchandise must be replaced – no credit will be issued) Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on the original purchase price (restocking fee will not be applied to returns for defect or damage).

Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. If a return is sent without a RMA restocking fees of up to 50% may apply.

Once you receive your return code, mail complete contents, including all original packaging (original packaging with ALL contents must be completed with any return), with a copy of the invoice and a note detailing the return.

Please note if your return does not include all original packaging and all accessories there will be a 30% restocking fee accessed.

Please note you are required to give us a chance to troubleshoot your item before issuing a RMA--If you refuse this option a 30% restocking fee will apply.

We highly recommended you send any return with insurance and tracking-without proof of delivery we can not be held liable.

Any return without a valid RMA# will be refused and shipped back at the customer's expense. Please call 877 418-3285 with questions.

IMPORTANT** If you place an order and refuse said order you will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee and all shipping fees.
